Once you find a property you like, drive the neighborhood during both day and night to ensure you feel comfortable with the area.

Be prepared to provide a valid government-issued ID to confirm your appointment.
Documents Needed:
Proof of lawful, verifiable income
Government-issued ID
Rental references for the previous three years
Dependent information (optional)
Co-applicants: Each occupant age 18 or older must submit a separate application
Service Animals – must be screened via PetScreening ($20 fee per animal, refundable upon verification)
Emotional Support/Assistance Animals – screened via PetScreening ($20 fee per animal, refundable upon verification)
Pets (non-service animals) – provide a photo and documentation (license or vet record) showing breed, age, and weight
Application Fee: $55 non-refundable per applicant age 18 or older.
Lease Start: Lease must begin within 14 days of applying.
We’ll confirm once your application is received and processing has begun (typically 3 business days after all required documentation is provided).
If approved, lease signing and payment of move-in funds (first month’s rent + deposit) must occur within 24 hours.
